Wong Tai Sin District Recreation & Sports Council (, abbreviated as WTS DRSC, also known as Wong Tai Sin) is a Hong Kong football club which currently plays in the Hong Kong Second Division League. It is operated by Wong Tai Sin District Council. History Founded in 1979, Wong Tai Sin joined the Third Division League in 1980s. In 1990, due to the expansion of Second Division League, the club was being promoted to the second-tier division. In their first Second Division season, the club placed second in the league table, meaning they had gained promotion to the First Division for the first time in club history. However, they refused to promote eventually, and remained in the Second Division. The club was relegated to the Third Division after spending nine seasons in the second-tier division in the 1998–99 season, as they placed 10th out of eleven teams. Po Kong Village Road Park
Po Kong Village Road Park () is a sports ground located in Diamond Hill, Hong Kong. The footprint of the park covers 9 hectares and contains various amenities including football pitches, a 1 km cycling track, an amphitheatre and a car park. The park is open 24 hours a day. Football The two pitches inside the park are frequently rented by various Hong Kong football clubs representing various levels of the Hong Kong pyramid. A 1,000 seat grandstand is located on the west side of the pitches with men's and ladies' change rooms and toilets within. Hong Kong Second Division League () is the third level of association football, football league in Hong Kong founded in 1909. The top two teams are promoted to the Hong Kong First Division League, Hong Kong First Division. Competition format * The teams play single round robin. After each team has played every team once, the table is split into a Championship Group for the top eight teams and a Challenging Group for the bottom seven. The 2024–25 Hong Kong Second Division League was the 11th season of the Hong Kong Second Division since it became the third-tier football league in Hong Kong in 2014–15. The season began on 8 September 2024 and ended on 18 May 2025. Sun Hei Sports Club () is a Hong Kong professional football club which currently competes in the Hong Kong Second Division. The club has a long history in playing in the top flight, but decided to self-relegate in the 2013–14 season after declining to participate in the newly established Hong Kong Premier League.
