Randall Asher Wojciechowski ( ; born December 21, 1988) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Houston Astros, Cincinnati Reds, Baltimore Orioles, and New York Yankees. Early life Wojciechowski was born in Hardeeville, South Carolina. In his younger years, he lived in Pensacola, Florida, Sturgis, Michigan, and the Dominican Republic. The Wojciechowskis moved to Romania when Asher was nine. Living abroad, he played soccer, and joined Little League Baseball when it expanded to Bucharest when he was 11. The team played in a tournament similar to the Little League World Series in Poland. Stanisław Wojciechowski
Stanisław Wojciechowski (; 15 March 1869 – 9 April 1953) was a Polish politician and scholar who served as President of Poland between 1922 and 1926, during the Second Polish Republic. He was elected president in 1922, following the assassination of his predecessor Gabriel Narutowicz. During his presidency, Wojciechowski and his erstwhile friend Józef Piłsudski disagreed on the political direction of the nation. In 1926, Piłsudski staged a military coup, which resulted in Wojciechowski resigning from office. John Stanley Wojciechowski (born July 30, 1963) is a former professional American football offensive tackle who played seven seasons for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League. According to a statistic on the back of a 1994 Topps John Wojciechowski football card, Wojciechowski started a total of 41 games. According to an article in the ''Windy City Gridiron'', he started only 39 games. As stated in the List of Chicago Bears seasons, the Bears made it to the playoffs four of the seven seasons that Wojciechowski was a part of the team. In an article written and published by the ''Windy City Gridiron'', Wojciechowski was recognized as being one of the top undrafted free agents. Steven Michael Wojciechowski (born August 11, 1976), also known as Wojo, is an American basketball coach and former player who was the head coach at Marquette University for seven seasons. He previously played and coached under head coach Mike Krzyzewski at Duke University. He was a point guard from 1994 to 1998. Kazimierz Wojciechowski
Kazimierz Wojciechowski, SDB (16 August 1904, in Jasło – 27 June 1941, at Auschwitz) was a Polish Catholic priest, a member of the Salesians of Don Bosco. He was involved in the education of the youth, and after the Nazi invasion of Poland was arrested by the Gestapo, imprisoned at Montelupich, and subsequently deported to the Auschwitz concentration camp, where he was murdered by two prisoner functionaries the day after arrival. Antoni Wojciechowski (6 June 1905 – 19 January 1938) was a Polish chess master. He was a well-known player in Poznań in the 1920s and 1930s. In 1926, he tied for 2nd-3rd in the Poznań chess championship. The same year, he won at the Poznań Chess Club Championship. In 1928, he won again the Poznań chess championship. Wojciechowski represented Poznań at the Polish Team championships (1st at Królewska Huta (''Königshütte'') 1929, and 2nd at Katowice 1934). He took 16th place in the 3rd Polish Chess Championship at Warsaw 1935, which was won by Savielly Tartakower, and 11th place in the 4th Polish Championship at Jurata 1937, which was won again by Tartakower.
