''Woe to Him Who Loves'' (German: ''Weh dem, der liebt!'') is a 1951 West German musical comedy film directed by Sándor Szlatinay and starring Gretl Schörg, Wolf Albach-Retty and Hubert von Meyerinck. It was shot at the Wandsbek Studios in Hamburg. Sándor Szlatinay
Sándor Szlatinay (December 29, 1899 – October 22, 1980) was a Hungarian composer and film director.Frey p.264 He was born in the Austro-Hungarian Empire and worked in the Hungarian, Italian film industries. After the Second World War he settled in West Germany. Later in his career he was credited as Alexander von Slatinay.
