Under the Kinetic brand, it offers broadband, phone and digital streaming TV services to consumers within its coverage area. Frontier Southwest Incorporated is a Frontier Communications operating company in Texas. At its peak, Frontier Southwest served Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico.
