Teemu Keisteri (; born 22 August 1985) is a Finnish visual artist and DJ who is known for his stage persona Windows95man. As a visual artist, he gained recognition in Finland for his paintings and Printmaking, prints of the fictional character (), whom he created in 2008. As a DJ, his artistic style and appearance draw inspiration from the mid-1990s, during which the Windows 95 operating system was released. Finland was represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song "No Rules!" performed by Windows95man, featuring uncredited live vocals from Henri Piispanen. The Finnish participating broadcaster (Yle) organised the national final ''2024'' in order to select its entry for the contest. Finland was drawn to compete in the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest which took place on 7 May 2024. Performing during the show in position 10, "No Rules!" was announced among the top 10 entries of the first semi-final and therefore qualified to compete in the final on 11 May. It was later revealed that Finland placed seventh out of the 15 participating countries in the semi-final with 79 points. Henri Piispanen (born 17th May 1994) is a Finnish voice actor, singer-songwriter and television presenter. Following his win at '' Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu 2024'' with Windows95man, the duo represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song "No Rules!", of which he was the producer and uncredited vocalist. As a voice actor, he has voiced many animated films and television shows in Finnish.
