Wim Bleijenberg
Wim Bleijenberg (5 November 1930 – 10 January 2016) was a Dutch international football player, who played for FC Wageningen, Rigtersbleek, AFC Ajax, Blauw-Wit Amsterdam, Go Ahead Eagles and AGOVV Apeldoorn during his career. He was nicknamed ''Wim Kontje'' (Bill Backside) because of his ability to turn away from his opponents. Club career Early career Born and raised in Veenendaal, on the outskirts of Utrecht, Bleijenberg began his career in the youth ranks of local VV Veenendaal from where he eventually signed with FC Wageningen making his debut in the 1951–52 season, and scoring 21 goals for the side from Wageningen. After just one season however Bleijenberg signed with Enschede club Rigtersbleek where he played 4 seasons, before signing with AFC Ajax. Veenendaal
Veenendaal () is a municipality and a town in central Netherlands, located in the province of Utrecht. Veenendaal is the only population centre within its administrative borders. The municipality had a population of 67.601 inhabitants on 1 january 2022 and covers an area of . Deventer
Deventer (; Sallands: ) is a city and municipality in the Salland historical region of the province of Overijssel, Netherlands. In 2020, Deventer had a population of 100,913. The city is largely situated on the east bank of the river IJssel, but it also has a small part of its territory on the west bank. In 2005 the municipality of Bathmen (with a population of about 5,000 people) was merged with Deventer as part of a national effort to reduce bureaucracy in the country. Deventer is one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands. The place is already mentioned in 9th-century sources of the Diocese of Utrecht. SC Cambuur
SC Cambuur, also known as Cambuur Leeuwarden, or simply Cambuur, () is a Dutch football club from the city of Leeuwarden formed on 19 June 1964. They currently play in the Eredivisie, the top tier of Dutch football, after winning the 2020–21 Eerste Divisie title. The home ground of the club is the 10,000-capacity Cambuur Stadion. The club usually plays in yellow shirts and blue shorts. The origin of the club's emblem is the coat of arms of the House of Cammingha, a Frisian noble family.
