Willy Monty (11 October 1939 – 9 November 2014) was a Belgian racing cyclist. He competed in the team time trial at the 1960 Summer Olympics. The Dauphiné (, ) is a former province in Southeastern France, whose area roughly corresponded to that of the present departments of Isère, Drôme and Hautes-Alpes. The Dauphiné was originally the Dauphiné of Viennois.
