Whitemare
Whitemare was an English rock band from Brighton, formed in 2008. The group's line-up featured ex-Architects vocalist Matt Johnson, ex- Johnny Truant guitarist Al Kilcullen and ex-Centurion drummer Eugene Economou. In 2009, Whitemare recorded a five track EP which was released through Small Town Records, with the band's style being described as a cross between hardcore punk, stoner rock and Southern rock. Whitemare then released their first album, ''Snider'', worldwide on 11 November 2011. The band have been inactive on social media since 2015 and stated "Whitemare has been over for a minute now" in 2023. Riot House Records
Riot House Records is an independent record label specializing in rock, indie, and punk bands. History Riot House Records was founded in 2010 by Brian Jenkins with the purpose of releasing "rock and roll records with grit and soul." The label is part of the Independent Label Distribution group, along with Sympathy for the Record Industry, Frontier Records, and Tank Crimes. In January 2013 it was announced that Interpol's drummer Sam Fogarino had formed a new band, EmptyMansions, who signed to the label. The record titled snakes/vultures/sulfate was produced by Brandon Curtis (The Secret Machines) and features Duane Denison (Tomahawk, The Jesus Lizard) on lead guitar. Architects (British Band)
Architects are an English metalcore band from Brighton, East Sussex, England formed in 2004 by twin brothers Dan and Tom Searle. The band now consists of Dan Searle on drums, Sam Carter on vocals, Alex Dean on bass, and Adam Christianson on guitar. They have been signed to Epitaph Records since 2013. Strongly influenced by bands such as The Dillinger Escape Plan, the sound of their first three albums was coarse, chaotic, and rhythmically complex. In 2011, Architects went in a more melodic post-hardcore direction with ''The Here and Now'', alienating some of their fanbase. Brighton

Stoner Rock
Stoner rock, also known as stoner metal or stoner doom, is a rock music fusion genre that combines elements of doom metal with psychedelic rock and acid rock. The genre emerged during the early 1990s and was pioneered foremost by Kyuss and Sleep. Johnny Truant
Johnny Truant was a British metalcore band, formed in 2000 under the name Severance. The band recorded three demos under this moniker before renaming themselves after one of the main characters of Mark Z. Danielewski's novel ''House of Leaves''. The band recorded their debut release ''The Repercussions of a Badly Planned Suicide'' (which featured three remixed songs from their second demo) in 2002 which was released on Undergroove Records. Their second album, ''In the Library of Horrific Events'' was produced by Killswitch Engage guitarist, Adam Dutkiewicz.
