Where Angels Go, Trouble Follows
''Where Angels Go, Trouble Follows'' is a 1968 American comedy film directed by James Neilson and starring Rosalind Russell, Stella Stevens and Binnie Barnes. Written by Blanche Hanalis, the film is based on a story by Jane Trahey about an orthodox mother superior who is challenged by a progressive younger nun when they take the girls of St. Francis Academy on a bus trip across the United States. The film is a sequel to '' The Trouble with Angels'' (1966). Russell, Barnes, Mary Wickes and Dolores Sutton all reprise their roles as nuns from the original film. James Neilson (director)
James William Neilson (October 1, 1909December 9, 1979) was an American television director, known for his stage and film direction as well as his work with ''Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color''. Directing James W. Neilson was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, son of Edward Doremus and Clifford Bryant (née "Hall") Neilson and moved with his family to New York City as a child. In January 1942, Neilson enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, U.S. Marine Corps directly following the entry of the United States into World War II. Adrienne Fazan (May 9, 1906 – August 23, 1986) was an American film editor who first started cutting films in 1933. She worked on many MGM films, including '' The Tell-Tale Heart'' (1941), '' Anchors Aweigh'' (1945), '' Singin' in the Rain'' (1952), and '' Kismet'' (1955). Biography Fazan was born in Germany, to John Fazan and Magdalena Fremdling.
