UPMC Western Maryland is a hospital and health system located in Cumberland, Maryland, in Allegany County, Maryland, Allegany County. The facility, which opened on November 21, 2009, is part of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) system as of February 3, 2020. The Kelly-Springfield Tire Company was an American manufacturer of tires for motor vehicles.
