Seo District () is a ''Subdivisions of South Korea, gu'', or district, in south-west central Busan, South Korea. A ''gu'' (), or district, is an Administrative divisions of South Korea, administrative unit in South Korea. There are two kinds of districts in South Korea. South Korea is located in East Asia, on the southern portion of the Korean Peninsula located out from the far east of the Asian landmass. The only country that shares a land border with South Korea is North Korea, lying to the north with of the border running along the Korean Demilitarized Zone. Dalian ( ) is a major sub-provincial port city in Liaoning province, People's Republic of China, and is Liaoning's second largest city (after the provincial capital Shenyang) and the third-most populous city of Northeast China (after Shenyang and Harbin). Encyclopedia Of Korean Local Culture
The ''Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture'' (EKLC; ; abbreviated 향문) is an online encyclopedia operated by the Academy of Korean Studies (AKS) and the Ministry of Education, which are in turn supported by the South Korean government. , it is subdivided into 230 regional encyclopedias, with 111 of them considered to be complete. The various regional encyclopedias are located at subdomains of the main "grandculture.net" domain. The encyclopedia began compilation in 2003. The first regional encyclopedia to be completed was that for Seongnam. Cost and efforts to produce these encyclopedias is shared between the South Korean government and the governments of each region covered. However, the completion and maintenance of the encyclopedias has been hampered by budgetary constraints. Dudo () is a small rocky island in Annam-dong, Seo District, Busan Seo District () is a ''Subdivisions of South Korea, gu'', or district, in south-west central Busan, South Korea. The island has sheer cliffs and is very rocky and rugged. It has over a dozen large sea caves on its sides. On its top are various trees. Archaeological excavations have found a large number of dinosaur fossils on the island. There is an unmanned lighthouse on the island. The island is reportedly popular for fishing.
