Early life Weisbrod was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she attended Purcell Marian High School and St. Ursula Academy, and was a three-sport athlete at Coastal Carolina University (basketball, softball, and tennis). She was the second player in school history to amass at least 1,000 points, 300 rebounds and 200 assists. Weisbrod (born February 13, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American economist who pioneered the theory of option value, and the theory of why voluntary nonprofit organizations exist, He also developed the methodology for valuing voluntary labor. He advanced methods for benefit-cost analysis of public policy by recognizing the roles of externality effects and collective public goods in program evaluation. He applied those methods to the fields of education, health care, poverty, public interest law, and nonprofit organization. Esther Charlotte Emily Weisbrodt Francis (24 June 1836 – 21 February 1913) was a 19th-century member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Early life Esther Charlotte Emily Weisbrodt was born in Turin, Italy, and was a daughter of Samuel David Weisbrodt and Emily Weisbrodt. The Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum is a non-profit aviation museum located in Southern Colorado. It was founded in the mid-1970s by former Pueblo City Manager Fred Weisbrod. The museum is made up of two hangars that were built in 2005 and 2011. The hangars house several of the museum's aircraft along with thousands of artifacts dating from World War I to modern day. PWAM is home to the International B-24 Memorial Museum and the Southern Colorado Space Museum and Learning Center. There are several historic military vehicles in the museum's collection, many of which are still in operational condition. The museum is located six miles east of Pueblo, Colorado on US Highway 50 at the Pueblo Memorial Airport, occupying space on what was the Pueblo Army Air Base during World War II.
