''Weekend Sport'' is a Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ) radio programme broadcast at weekends on RTÉ Radio 1. ''Saturday Sport'' is broadcast between 14:00 and 18:00 on Saturdays, although broadcast times are often extended depending on ongoing events, with ''Sunday Sport'' on air between 14:00 and 18:00. ''Sunday Sport'' has been on air since 1971 and was first presented by Paddy O'Brien. Other presenters throughout its history have included Liam Nolan, Bill O'Herlihy, Eamonn Ó'Muirí, Jimmy Magee, Adrian Eames and Jacqui Hurley. Kyle Coney
Kyle Coney (born 1990) is a Gaelic footballer for the Ardboe O'Donovan Rossa club and the Tyrone county team. He won an All-Ireland Minor Football Championship medal with Tyrone in 2008, also winning Ulster Minor Championships with the county in 2007 and 2008. Coney won the Tyrone Minor Championship with his club in 2008. He attended a sports and English specialist school called Holy Trinity College in Cookstown. In July 2008 he signed a two-year rookie contract with Australian rules team Sydney Swans. He did not leave for Australia until the completion of the All-Ireland Minor Championship and the Tyrone Minor and Senior Championships. Keith Long
Keith Long (born 14 November 1973) is an Irish football manager and former footballer. He was most recently the manager of League of Ireland Premier Division team Bohemians Long is a former Bray Wanderers player, assistant manager and was previously caretaker manager before taking over in November 2011 from Pat Devlin. Long also played for Stoke City before joining Dundalk in 1993 and then St Patrick's Athletic before joining Bray Wanderers in 2000 where he played 138 games before retiring in 2005. His first league goal was the winner for Dundalk at Eamonn Deacy Park on 4 November 1995. Stephen William Elliott (born 6 January 1984) is an Irish retired professional footballer who played as a striker. Pat Fenlon
Patrick Fenlon (born 15 March 1969) is an Irish football coach and former player. Fenlon played as a midfielder for St Patrick's Athletic, Bohemians, Linfield, Shamrock Rovers and Shelbourne. As a manager he won five League of Ireland titles with Shelbourne and Bohemians between 2003 and 2009. During his time with Bohemians Fenlon also won the FAI Cup in 2008, the League of Ireland Cup in 2009 and the Setanta Sports Cup in 2010. Fenlon moved to Scottish club Hibernian in November 2011, who he helped reach two Scottish Cup Finals, although both were lost heavily. Playing career Fenlon was born in Dublin. Alan Cawley
Alan Cawley (born 3 January 1982 in Sligo) is a retired Irish footballer. Career Before signing for Leeds United Cawley attended Summerhill College in Sligo. He began his career at Leeds United and had a spell at Sheffield Wednesday before returning to Ireland to sign for UCD. His impressive performances for the students earned him a move to Shelbourne where he won a league winners medal. He had loan spells at Longford Town and Waterford United before returning for a second spell at Belfield. Ian James T. Keatley (born 1 April 1987) is an Irish rugby union player. He plays primarily as a fly-half, but can also play as a centre or fullback. Early life Keatley was born in Dublin, where he was educated at Belvedere College and University College Dublin. Shane Byrne (rugby Union)
James Shane Byrne (born 18 July 1971) is a former Ireland, Irish rugby union Hooker (rugby union), hooker. He is nicknamed 'Munch' or 'Mullet' (a reference to his hair style). A native of Aughrim, County Wicklow, Byrne played Gaelic football up to under-16 level with the local Aughrim club. He attended Blackrock College in Dublin. Bernard Jackman
Bernard Jackman (born 5 May 1976) is an Irish former rugby union player who played for Connacht, Leinster and Sale Sharks. At international level, he has also played for Ireland.
