"Watch Over You" is a song by American rock band Alter Bridge. Written by lead guitarist Mark Tremonti and lead vocalist Myles Kennedy, it was produced by Michael "Elvis" Baskette and featured on the band's 2007 second studio album '' Blackbird''. The track was released as the second single from the album on January 14, 2008, peaking at number 19 on the US ''Billboard'' Mainstream Rock Songs chart. An alternate version of the track featuring additional vocals by Lacuna Coil singer Cristina Scabbia was also later made available as a digital download. Promotion and release "Watch Over You" was released as the second single from '' Blackbird'' on January 14, 2008. Cristina Adriana Chiara Scabbia (; born 6 June 1972) is an Italian singer. She is one of the two vocalists of gothic metal band Lacuna Coil. Scabbia used to write an advice column in the rock magazine ''Revolver'', alongside musician Vinnie Paul. Scabbia is featured in a Megadeth song " À Tout le Monde (Set Me Free)". She also featured on '' The Theory of Everything'', an album from Arjen Anthony Lucassen's Ayreon project, with which she is cast as the Mother. Steven Adler
Steven Adler (born Michael Coletti; January 22, 1965) is an American musician. He was the drummer and co-songwriter of the hard rock band Guns N' Roses, with whom he achieved worldwide success in the late 1980s. Adler was fired from Guns N' Roses over his heroin addiction in 1990, following which he reformed his pre-Guns N' Roses band Road Crew and briefly joined BulletBoys. During the 2000s, Adler was the drummer of the band Adler's Appetite, and from 2012, he had held the same position in the band Adler.
