Syed Imad Wasim (; born 18 December 1988), commonly known as Imad Wasim, is a Pakistani cricketer who played for Pakistan national cricket team from 2015 to 2024. He is a left-handed all-rounder. Imad is considered as a Twenty20 specialist and played for many franchises around the world. He was a key member of the Pakistan team that won the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy. Mohammad Wasim (; born 8 August 1978) is a Punjabi Pakistani cricket coach and cricketer who played for both the Pakistan and Dutch cricket teams. He played in 18 Test matches and 25 One Day Internationals from 1996 to 2000 for the Pakistan national cricket team. Wasim is the current head coach of the Pakistan women's team. Wasim Jaffer (born 16 February 1978) is an Indian retired professional cricketer. He was a right-handed opening batsman and an occasional right arm off-break bowler. In 2011 he became the highest run-scorer in Ranji Trophy cricket, surpassing Amol Muzumdar. In November 2018, he became the first batsman to score 11,000 runs in the competition. Wasim Gulzar Khan (born 26 February 1971) is a former British cricketer who was the first British player with Pakistani origin to play professional cricket in England. He was a left-handed batsman who also bowled right arm medium pace. Early life and career Khan's family, originally from the Kashmir region, relocated to England in the early 1950s. Wasim Hasan Raja (Punjabi, ) (3 July 1952 – 23 August 2006) was a British Pakistani schoolteacher, match referee, cricket coach and cricketer who played in 57 Test matches and 54 One Day Internationals for the Pakistani national cricket team from 1973 to 1985. S. M. Wasim Jafri () is a Pakistani gastroenterologist. He serves as a professor of medicine and head of the gastroenterology section at the Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi, Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH), Karachi, Pakistan. He obtained his high school education at the Don Bosco High School, Lahore. His family moved from Lahore to Karachi where he studied at the D. J. Science College. He later studied medicine at the Dow Medical College, Karachi and obtained his MBBS degree from the University of Karachi. Wasim Bari (; born 23 March 1948) is a Pakistani former international cricketer who played in 81 Test matches and 51 One Day Internationals from 1967 to 1984. Wasim Abusal (; born 14 June 2004) is a Palestinian featherweight boxer. He competed at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Career Abusal started boxing at the age of 12 in his hometown of Ramallah, encouraged by his father. He competed in the featherweight category at the 2022 Asian Games in China, finishing 9th.
