War (2019 Film)
''War'' is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films. Written by Anand, Shridhar Raghavan and Abbas Tyrewala on the basis of an original story by Chopra and Anand, it serves as the third installment in the YRF Spy Universe. The film stars Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff in the lead roles, with Vaani Kapoor and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles; the story follows an Indian RAW agent on an assignment to eliminate his former mentor who has gone rogue. Principal photography commenced in September 2018. Tentatively titled ''Fighters'', the title was announced as ''War'' through a teaser on 15 July 2019. The film was made on an estimated budget of with a further spent on print and advertising. Siddharth Anand
Siddharth Raj Anand is an Indian filmmaker. He is the grandson of screenwriter Inder Raj Anand and is primarily known for his work in Hindi films. He received recognition for directing the successful romantic comedies '' Salaam Namaste'' (2005), ''Ta Ra Rum Pum'' (2007), '' Bachna Ae Haseeno'' (2008) and '' Anjaana Anjaani'' (2010). Siddharth then established himself as a leading action filmmaker with '' Bang Bang!'' (2014) and the YRF Spy Universe films: ''War'' (2019) and '' Pathaan'' (2023). These films rank among the highest-grossing Hindi films. In 2021, Anand launched his own production company, Marflix Pictures. Its first release was the aerial action film '' Fighter'' (2024). ''Bang Bang!'' is a 2014 Indian Hindi-language action comedy film directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Fox Star Studios. An official remake of the 2010 American film ''Knight and Day'', it marks Anand's running foray into the action genre, and stars Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif, alongside Javed Jaffrey, Danny Denzongpa, Kanwaljit Singh, Deepti Naval, Vikram Gokhale and Pavan Malhotra. Salim–Sulaiman
Salim–Sulaiman are an Indian music composer duo consisting of siblings Salim Merchant and Sulaiman Merchant. The duo has composed music predominantly for Hindi films. Life and early career Salim–Sulaiman's ancestral town is Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat. They were born in Mumbai. Salim Merchant was born on 3 March 1974 and Sulaiman Merchant was born on 21 December 1970.
