Wang Xun (; born 27 November 1974) is a Chinese actor, screenwriter and director. Early life He was born in Wuhou district in Sichuan and is the Secretary General of Political and Legal Circles of Sichuan Youth Federation, member of the Chengdu Youth Federation, Sichuan Artists Association, and the Vice Chairman of the Chengdu Artists Association. Before establishing his career in the entertainment industry, he was a soldier. Career 1992–2004: Humble beginnings He was apprentice to multiple established figures in the entertainment world including Chen Fa (沈伐) and Yang Ziyang (杨紫阳) where he learned acting and starred in small screens in various television stations. 2006–2011: Career advancement In 2006, he starred in his first big screen movie, ''Crazy Stone'' directed by Ning Hao. Wuhou
Wuhou District () is one of 12 urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, Southwest China. It contains the historic site, Wuhou Temple and Jinli Street. The district is bordered by Jinjiang District to the east, Shuangliu County to the south and west, and Qingyang District to the north. Wuhou District is the largest of the five internal districts of Chengdu as well as being the wealthiest. It contains the areas of Yulin and Shuangnan which are considered to be the two areas of Chengdu with the highest living standards. The name "Wuhou" is short for "Wu-Xiang Hou" (), which is an honorary title given to Zhuge Liang who lived in Chengdu when he served as the chancellor in the Shu Han kingdom during the Three Kingdoms period. ''Never Say Never'' () is a 2023 Chinese mixed martial arts sports drama film starring and directed by Wang Baoqiang. The film was a box office success where it grossed $304.28 million, making it the 32nd highest-grossing film in China of all time.
