Wang Hao (; born 15 December 1983) is a retired Chinese table tennis player. He became the world champion in men's singles in Yokohama, Japan, in May 2009, defeating three-time World Champion Wang Liqin 4–0. His other notable accomplishments include being a three-time World Cup Champion in 2007, 2008 and 2010, a singles silver medalist at the 2004 Summer Olympics, 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Olympics. In January 2010, he was replaced by Ma Long as the #1 rank on the official ITTF world rankings. Wang Hao () (born August 16, 1989, in Inner Mongolia) is a Chinese race walker. Biography In August 2008 he finished fourth in the 20 km race walk event at the 2008 Summer Olympics, in a new personal best time of 1:19:47 hours. He missed out on the bronze medal by a margin of five seconds. On 23 October 2008 he set a new world junior record over 10 km walk, with 39:32 minutes. The previous record of 39:57 minutes was set by Aleksey Bartsaykin of Russia earlier in 2008. Wang Hao (; born August 4, 1989) is a Chinese chess grandmaster. In November 2009, Wang became the fourth Chinese player to break through the 2700 Elo rating mark. In 2019, he qualified for the 2020 Candidates Tournament by winning the FIDE Grand Swiss Tournament 2019, making him the second Chinese player to qualify for a Candidates Tournament. Wang announced his retirement from professional chess at the end of the Candidates tournament in 2021, citing health issues. However, he returned to playing in 2022. Wang Hao (Chinese: 王皓; born 30 January 1993 in Fushun) is a Chinese football player who plays as a versatile defender, midfielder or striker for Kunshan. Hao Wang (; 20 May 1921 – 13 May 1995) was a Chinese-American logician, philosopher, mathematician, and commentator on Kurt Gödel. Biography Born in Jinan, Shandong, in the Republic of China (today in the People's Republic of China), Wang received his early education in China. He obtained a BSc degree in mathematics from the National Southwestern Associated University in 1943 and an M.A. in Philosophy from Tsinghua University in 1945, where his teachers included Feng Youlan and Jin Yuelin, after which he moved to the United States for further graduate studies.
