Wan Xiaotang () (1916 – September 19, 1966) birth name Wan Xingshi (), courtesy name Xiaotang (), was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Qihe County, Shandong Province. He joined the Chinese Communist Party in September 1937. He became Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of Tianjin in 1958. Mental disorders (including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, anxiety disorders), physical disorders (such as chronic fatigue syndrome), and substance abuse (including alcoholism and the use of and withdrawal from benzodiazepines) are risk factors.
