WTKZ (1320 AM) is a radio station in Allentown, Pennsylvania. It is owned by Victor Martinez, through licensee VP Broadcasting LLC, and broadcasts a Spanish language contemporary hit radio format known as Mega 101.7. Parliament was an American funk band formed in 1968 by George Clinton as a flagship act of his P-Funk collective.
