WDF Asia-Pacific Cup
The WDF Asia-Pacific Cup is a darts tournament held biennially since 1974. The tournament consists of a team championship, a pairs championship and a singles championship. All events have a men's competition, and a women's competition. The most recent Asia-Pacific Cup was held in 2010, in Tokyo, Japan. The tournament was originally known as the WDF Pacific Cup, but was renamed the Asia-Pacific Cup in 2000. Terry O'Dea
Terence "Terry" O'Dea (3 May 1945 – 18 May 2021) was an Australian professional darts player who competed in the 1970s and 1980s. Darts career O'Dea rejoined of the BDO in March 1978. O'Dea played in ten successive BDO World Darts Championships with his best run coming in 1982 and 1986 where he reached the quarter-finals. O'Dea also played in four World Masters tournaments, reaching the quarter-finals in 1984. He appeared on the UK television show Bullseye presented by Jim Bowen in 1984 where he scored 300 points (in 9 darts) for charity. He appeared two years later and scored 305. O'Dea quit the BDO in 1988. Barry Atkinson
Barry Atkinson (14 December 1937 – 13 December 2021) was an English-born Australian professional darts player. Nicknamed Bazza, he competed in events of the 1970s and 1980s. Darts career Atkinson played in the 1977 Winmau World Masters where he lost in the last 16 stage to Paul Reynolds who went on to reach the final and lose to Eric Bristow. He played in the inaugural BDO World Darts Championship in 1978, but lost in the first round 6–0 in legs to eventual champion Leighton Rees from Wales. He returned the next year, but again lost in the first round to Ceri Morgan from Wales in 1979. Atkinson left the BDO in December 1988. He later released the book ''Getting to the Point'', which would help the average darts player to improve their game through techniques, tactics and training. Timothy "Tim" Brown (born 6 July 1944) is an Australian former professional darts player. He used the nickname Brownie.
