WBZC (88.9 FM) is a radio station licensed to Four Rivers Community Broadcasting Corporation in Pemberton, New Jersey, United States. At 10,000 watts, the station serves Burlington County, New Jersey, and the metro Philadelphia region. When it was a college radio station, it was one of the most powerful college radio stations in the country. WBZC's frequency allocation was made possible after The University of Pennsylvania's WXPN in Philadelphia moved from 88.9 FM to its present frequency of 88.5 FM in 1991. Previously owned by Rowan College at Burlington County, the station is now fully owned by Four Rivers Community Broadcasting Corporation airing a Christian radio format. The station serves as the flagship station for "Word FM", a network of contemporary Christian radio stations in eastern and South Central Pennsylvania. Pemberton is a borough in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 1,371, a decrease of 38 (−2.7%) from the 2010 census count of 1,409, which in turn reflected an increase of 199 (+16.4%) from the 1,210 counted in the 2000 census. The highway extends from CR 629 (Ventnor Avenue) in Margate City, Atlantic County north to Route 72 in Woodland Township, Burlington County.
