W. B. Anthony was an American politician who served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1907 to 1912. Biography W. B. Haskell. On June 12, 1910, he participated in a scheme to move the State Seal of Oklahoma from Guthrie to Oklahoma City on Haskell's orders. Guthrie is a city and county seat in Logan County, Oklahoma, United States, and a part of the Oklahoma City Metroplex. Its population was 10,191 at the 2010 census, a 2.7% increase from 9,925 in the 2000 census.
