Vuger
Vuger or Vugrovec is a stream located in Zagreb, Croatia, in the district of Sesvete. Its name is connected to the settlement of Vugrovec, which is located near the stream's source. The lower basin of Vuger, from its confluence with Srednjak to its mouth at the Rijeka Rijeka ( , , ; also known as Fiume hu, Fiume, it, Fiume ; local Chakavian: ''Reka''; german: Sankt Veit am Flaum; sl, Reka) is the principal seaport and the third-largest city in Croatia (after Zagreb and Split). It is located in Primor ... stream, is also called Kostanić. In the Middle Ages, Kostanić and Srednjak were together known as the Sopnica river. Vuger is classified as a Class I waterflow and a potential flood hazard. It is one of the few streams in Zagreb that have not been covered as of yet. Vugrovec
Vugrovec is a rural suburb of Zagreb, Croatia. It is composed of three settlements: Gornji Vugrovec, Donji Vugrovec and Vuger Selo. Vugrovec is located about northeast of Zagreb city centre, and north of Sesvete Sesvete () is the easternmost city district of Zagreb, Croatia. With a total population of 70,009 (as of 2011) it is the most populated district as well as the largest by area (165.255 km2). The settlement population is 54,085. Administrative .... Stream
A stream is a continuous body of surface water flowing within the bed and banks of a channel. Depending on its location or certain characteristics, a stream may be referred to by a variety of local or regional names. Long large streams are usually called rivers, while smaller, less voluminous and more intermittent streams are known as streamlets, brooks or creeks.
