Voya Financial is an American financial, retirement, investment and insurance company based in New York City. Voya began as ING U.S., the United States operating subsidiary of ING Group, which was spun off in 2013 and established independent financial backing through an initial public offering. Helmsley Building
The Helmsley Building is a 35-story skyscraper at 230 Park Avenue (Manhattan), Park Avenue between East 45th Street (Manhattan), 45th and 46th Street (Manhattan), 46th Streets, just north of Grand Central Terminal, in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. It was built in 1929 as the New York Central Building and was designed by Warren & Wetmore in the Beaux-Arts architecture, Beaux-Arts style.
