Volchikhinsky District () is an administrativeLaw #28-ZS and municipalLaw #106-ZS district (raion), one of the fifty-nine in Altai Krai, Russia. It is located in the southwest of the krai. The area of the district is . Its administrative center is the rural locality (a '' selo'') of Volchikha. Altai Krai (, ) is a federal subject of Russia (a krai). It borders, clockwise from the west, Kazakhstan ( East Kazakhstan Region, Abai Region and Pavlodar Region), Novosibirsk and Kemerovo, and the Altai Republic.
