Vladimiro Schetina Chepini (born 8 October 1955, in Asunción) is a Paraguayan former football defender. He played his club football for Club Guaraní and was also a regular international for his country, appearing in the 1986 FIFA World Cup. Asunción
Asunción (, ) is the capital and the largest city of Paraguay. The city stands on the eastern bank of the Paraguay River, almost at the confluence of this river with the Pilcomayo River. Paraguay, officially the Republic of Paraguay, is a landlocked country in South America. The 1986 FIFA World Cup was the 13th FIFA World Cup, a quadrennial Association football, football tournament for men's senior national teams. It was played in Mexico from 31 May to 29 June 1986.
