Vladimir Lipayev
Vladimir Georgyevich Lipayev (Russian: Владимир Георгиевич Липаев; born on 6 February 1959), is a Russian diplomat who had served as the ambassador to Estonia from 2021 to 2023. Biography Lipayev was born on 6 February 1959. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1981. He has been in diplomatic work since 1981. He can speaks German, English and French.
