Vladimir Ilyich Linderman (, , pseudonym Abel (''А́бель''); born November 3, 1958) is a Latvian and Russian publicist, political dissident of Jews, JewishShort biography origin, and a member of Russia's unregistered National Bolshevik Party since 1997. Linderman is a Non-citizens (Latvia), non-citizen of Latvia. Biography In 1991, Linderman worked in the Russian editorial office of the Atmoda newspaper. 2012 Latvian Constitutional Referendum
A constitutional referendum on the "Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia" was held on 18 February 2012. Proposed amendments included Articles 4, 18, 21, 101 and 104 of the Constitution of Latvia by adding the condition about Russian as the second official language, as well as prescribing two working languages — Latvian and Russian — for self-government institutions.
