Vladimir Hotineanu
Vladimir Hotineanu (1 October 1950 – 15 November 2019) was a Moldovan surgeon and politician. He was the Health Minister of Moldova in the First Vlad Filat Cabinet, and deputy in Moldovan Parliament from 2014 to 2019. Biography Hotineanu was born on 1 October 1950 in Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan. Moldovan Parliament
The parliament of the Republic of Moldova () is the supreme representative body of the Republic of Moldova, the only state legislative authority, being a unicameral structure composed of 101 elected MPs on lists, for a period or legislature of four years. The First Filat Cabinet was the Cabinet of Moldova between September 25, 2009, and January 14, 2011. It was a caretaker cabinet from the election of November 28, 2010, until it was succeeded by the Second Filat Cabinet on January 14, 2011.
