Vive Kielce
KS Iskra Kielce SA, officially known for sponsorship reasons as Industria Kielce, and previously named Vive Kielce between 2002 and 2022, is a professional men's handball club based in Kielce in southeastern Poland. The club plays in the Polish Superliga and is a regular competitor of the EHF Champions League. It is the most successful Polish handball club based on the number of the league titles (20). Since 1984, the club has been playing at the highest level league of Polish handball, winning its first title in 1993 (they finished the season with 44 points, 5 points more than one of their greatest contestants – Wisła Płock (handball), Wisła Płock). The Men's Super Globe is a handball competition contested between the champion clubs from continental confederations. On 7 December 2018, the IHF moved the Super Globe to Saudi Arabia for four years, until 2022. In May 2024, the IHF moved the Super Globe to Egypt, until 2026. The 2018–19 EHF Champions League was the 59th edition of Europe's premier club handball tournament and the 26th edition under the current EHF Champions League format. RK Vardar defeated Telekom Veszprém 27–24 in the final to win their second title. Competition format Twenty-eight teams, divided into four groups, participated in the competition.
