Viswam (film)
''Viswam'' () is a 2024 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film co-written and directed by Sreenu Vaitla while Gopimohan, Bhanu-Nandu and Praveen Verma wrote the screenplay. The film is produced by Chitralayam Studios and People Media Factory. The film stars Gopichand and Kavya Thapar. The soundtrack and background score were composed by Chaitan Bharadwaj and Bheems Ceciroleo, while the cinematography and editing were handled by K. V. Guhan and Amar Reddy Kudumula, respectively. ''Viswam'' was scheduled to release in theatres on 11 October 2024. The film received mixed reviews from critics and box-office bomb. Plot The movie opens with a random guy coming to a restaurant and causing a bomb blast using a remote. Sreenu Vaitla
Srinu Vaitla (born 24 September 1972) is an Indian film director and screenwriter known for his work in Telugu cinema, particularly in the action comedy genre. He has received several accolades, including five Nandi Awards—three for Best Screenplay Writer—and a Filmfare Award South for Best Director – Telugu. Vaitla made his directorial debut with the romantic film '' Nee Kosam'' (1999) and gained recognition with '' Anandam'' (2001), also a romantic drama.
