My Epic
My Epic is an American Christian rock band from Charlotte, North Carolina started in 2005. They released an independent EP in 2006 entitled ''This Is Rescue'', and two successive albums and one EP with Dreamt Records entitled ''I Am Undone'' (2008), ''Yet'' (2010) and 2011's ''Broken Voice'' EP. In 2013, the band released their debut album with Facedown Records entitled ''Behold'' that has seen commercial success. Background The members of My Epic began working together as early as 1998, under the name the Right Wing Conspiracy, which later became Shaddai. It wasn't until 2004, after the band played their first successful show before a few hundred fans, did the band become My Epic. At the time, the band was composed of three members: Aaron Stone handled lead vocals and electric guitar, while his younger brother Jesse played drums, and Jeremiah Austin played bass. Everything In Slow Motion
Everything in Slow Motion (EISM) is an American music project by former Hands frontman Shane Ochsner from Fargo, North Dakota. The project began in February 2012, and he signed with Facedown Records soon thereafter. EISM first released a studio EP entitled ''Red'' in late 2012, and his first studio album entitled '' Phoenix'' that released in late 2013. The latter got the project commercial successes and critical acclaim. Background After the hiatus of Hands, Shane Ochsner started the solo project on his own in February 2012. He signed with Facedown Records sometime in 2012 before he released his first studio EP. History On October 2, 2012, EISM released his first studio EP entitled ''Red'' on Facedown Records, but did not see any critical or commercial viability from the work. The Independent Albums chart (previously titled Top Independent Albums) ranks the highest-selling independent music albums and extended plays (EPs) in the United States, as compiled by Nielsen SoundScan and published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine. It is used to list artists who are not signed to major labels. Rankings are compiled by point-of-purchase sales obtained by Nielsen, and from legal music downloads from a variety of online music stores. The chart began in the week of February 5, 2000. Top Heatseekers are "Breaking and Entering" music charts issued weekly by ''Billboard'' magazine. The Heatseekers Albums and the Heatseekers Songs charts were introduced by ''Billboard'' in 1991 with the purpose of highlighting the sales by new and developing musical recording artists. Albums and songs appearing on Top Heatseekers may also concurrently appear on the ''Billboard'' 200 or ''Billboard'' Hot 100. Thrice
Thrice is an American rock band from Irvine, California, formed in 1998. The group was founded by guitarist/vocalist Dustin Kensrue and lead guitarist Teppei Teranishi while they were in high school. Early in their career, the band was known for melodic hardcore punk music based in heavily distorted guitars, prominent lead guitar lines, and frequent changes in complex time signatures.
