State Route 145 (SR 145) is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. The state highway runs from Virginia State Route 10, SR 10 in Chesterfield, Virginia, Chesterfield east to U.S. Route 1 in Virginia, U.S. Route 1 and U.S. Route 301 in Virginia, US 301 in Bellwood, Virginia, Bellwood in eastern Chesterfield County, Virginia, Chesterfield County. Route description SR 145 begins at an intersection with SR 10 (Iron Bridge Road) in Chesterfield. The state highway heads east as two-lane undivided Centralia Road toward the hamlet of Centralia, Virginia, Centralia, where the highway has a grade crossing of CSX Transportation, CSX's North End Subdivision. Just east of the railroad crossing, SR 145 meets the northern end of Virginia State Route 144, SR 144 (Chester Road). Chesterfield Court House is an unincorporated community and former census-designated place that is the county seat of Chesterfield County, Virginia, United States. It was a census-designated place (CDP) at the 2000 United States Census, 2000 census, but has not been delineated as a CDP since then.
