Viktor Kolotov
Viktor Mikhailovich Kolotov (; ; 3 July 1949 – 3 January 2000) was a Soviet and Ukrainian footballer who played as a midfielder. He was born in the settlement of Yudino, Kazan municipality. Today the settlement is included in the Kirov Raion of Kazan city. After becoming a coach he extended his welcomed stay in Kyiv. Together with Dynamo Kyiv he became the four-time champion of the USSR as well as the two-time holder of the USSR Cup. Also in Europe he participated in the memorable 1974–1975 season when Dynamo Kyiv conquered the Cup Winner's Cup and the UEFA Super Cup. Kolotov was also a European vice-champion (1972). In 1979, Kolotov played couple of games for Ukraine at the Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR. The Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, abbreviated as Tatar ASSR or TASSR, was an Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republics, autonomous republic of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, Russian SFSR. The resolution for its creation was signed on 27 May 1920 and the republic was proclaimed on 25 June 1920. Kazan served as its capital. The 1975 season of the Soviet Top League proved that Dynamo Kyiv was at the moment unbeatable for other Soviet clubs. The 1974 Soviet Top League was the 36th season of the Soviet top tier football competitions. It also was the 4th season since the establishing of Vysshaya Liga (Soviet Top League) in place of the Soviet Class A competition. The league's title was contested by 16 teams, and Dynamo Kyiv won the championship which was their sixth title. The last season's champions Ararat placed fifth trailing 8 points. Soviet Top League
The Soviet Top League, known after 1970 as the Higher League (), served as the top division (tier) of Soviet Union football from 1936 until 1991. The league's name was a conditional designation used for brevity since being completely owned and governed by the All-Union Committee of Physical Culture (an institution of the Council of People's Commissars of the Soviet Union). The winner of the competition was awarded the All-Union Committee banner. Created in 1936 the tier was originally known as "Gruppa A" and was one of four tiers that were part of the Soviet football championship. The Football Club 'Dynamo Kyiv', also known as Dynamo Kyiv, or simply Dynamo, ( ) is a Ukrainian professional football club based in Kyiv. The 1972 UEFA European Football Championship final tournament was held in Belgium. This was the fourth UEFA European Championship, held every four years and endorsed by UEFA. The final tournament took place between 14 and 18 June 1972. Only four countries played in the final tournament, with the tournament consisting of the semi-finals, a third place play-off, and the final. The hosts were only announced after the qualifying round, which meant all teams had to participate in the qualification process for the final stage.
