Victoria Balomenos
Victoria Balomenos (born 14 February 1988 in Ashford, South Australia) is an Australian soccer player who played for Australian W-League teams Adelaide United and Sydney FC. Balomenos played nine times for the Australia women's national soccer team. Club career Adelaide United Balomenos sat out the second season of the W-League due to a knee re-construction. She re-signed with Adelaide United the following season, and on 7 November 2010 she returned to W-League football against Newcastle Jets. International career Balomenos played nine matches for the Australian national team, the ''Matildas'', in 2007 and 2008. Ashford, South Australia
Ashford is an inner southwestern suburb of Adelaide, in the City of West Torrens. It is triangular in shape and bordered by South Road (west), Anzac Highway (southeast) and Everard Avenue (north). AFF Women's Championship
The AFF Women's Championship is the competition in women's football organised by the ASEAN Football Federation, contested by the national teams of nations in Southeast Asia and Australia. The official tournament started in 2004, hosted by Vietnam and won by Myanmar. Results A 2017 edition was planned in Thailand but was later cancelled by the ASEAN Football Federation in February 2017 citing the big amount of major women's football tournament already scheduled in Asia for the year.
