Victor Spilotro
Victor P. Spilotro (October 8, 1933 – December 30, 1996) was the older brother of Chicago Outfit mobster, Tony Spilotro and of Outfit associate, Michael Spilotro. Victor Spilotro's activities reportedly became more widely known to the public during the 1980s. He was implicated but never indicted due to lack of evidence in the unsolved murder/disappearance of millionaire heiress Helen Brach. Biography Spilotro was born in West Town, Chicago. He was the eldest son of Pasquale Spilotro, Sr. (1899–1954), known as "Patsy", a restaurant owner, and his wife, Antoinette. Pasquale Spilotro, Sr. had emigrated from Triggiano, in the Italian province of Bari in the southeastern region of Apulia, and had arrived at Ellis Island in 1914. Frank Cullotta
Frank John Cullotta (December 14, 1938 – August 20, 2020) was an American mobster who was an associate of the Chicago Outfit through Tony Spilotro and a member of the Hole in the Wall Gang burglary ring in Las Vegas. After his arrest in 1982, he became a government witness and entered the witness protection program. Cullotta later became an author and a tour guide. Northbrook is a suburb of Chicago, located at the northern edge of Cook County, Illinois, United States, on the border of Lake County, Illinois, Lake County. Frank Lawrence "Lefty" Rosenthal (June 12, 1929 – October 13, 2008) was an American professional sports gambler, Las Vegas casino executive, organized crime associate, and FBI informant. Paul Ricca
Paul De Lucia (born Felice De Lucia, ; November 14, 1897 – October 11, 1972), known as Paul Ricca (, ), was an Italian-American mobster who served as the nominal or ''de facto'' leader of the Chicago Outfit for 40 years. In 1958 he was named "the country's most important criminal" by a Senate crime investigating subcommittee. Ricca died on October 11, 1972. Oak Park is a village in Cook County, Illinois, United States, adjacent to Chicago.
