Victor Rosellini
Victor Rosellini (1915–2003) was a Seattle restaurateur, and president of the National Restaurant Association and the Restaurant Association of the State of Washington. Victor Rosellini was born in Tacoma in 1915, the son of Italian immigrant parents. In 1936, Rosellini went to San Francisco to run "front of house" at his brother-in-law Agostino Giuntoli's Bimbo's 365 Club, a large and glamorous nightclub. In 1950, he opened Rosellini's 610, followed in 1956 by Rosellini's Four-10, both in Seattle. Rosellini was president of the National Restaurant Association and the Restaurant Association of the State of Washington. Agostino Giuntoli
Agostino "Bimbo" Giuntoli (September 22, 1903 – July 25, 1992) was an Italian-born American nightclub owner and entrepreneur. Early life Giuntoli was born and raised in Chiesina Uzzanese, Pistoia, Tuscany, Italy. In 1922, aged 19, he emigrated to San Francisco, arriving with just $2. He worked as a janitor at the Palace Hotel and then as a cook nearby, where Monk Young, his boss, was unable to pronounce his name, and called him bimbo instead (Italian for "boy"), and the nickname stuck. Bimbo's 365 Club In 1931, the 365 Club, 365 Market Street, was opened as a speakeasy and after-hours gambling club, owned by Young and managed by Giuntoli. Bimbo's 365 Club
Bimbo's 365 Club, also known as Bimbo's 365, is an entertainment club located at 1025 Columbus Avenue in San Francisco. It specializes in live rock and jazz shows. The location is one of San Francisco's oldest nightclub sites, and has operated under two names with a series of owners. The building started as Bal Tabarin in 1931, the same year that the 365 Club started at 365 Market Street. The two locations under separate ownership consolidated in 1951 to one location owned by Agostino "Bimbo" Giuntoli. Albert Dean Rosellini (January 21, 1910 – October 10, 2011) was an American politician who served as the List of governors of Washington, 15th governor of Washington from 1957 to 1965 and was both the first Italian Americans, Italian-American and Catholic Church, Roman Catholic governor elected west of the Mississippi River.
