Victoria "Vicky" Torres Morales-Reyno (; born July 10, 1969) is a Filipino broadcast journalist and television presenter. She is a co-anchor of GMA Network's early evening newscast ''24 Oras'' since 2014, and the host of the Saturday afternoon documentary-drama show ''Wish Ko Lang!'' since 2004. For hosting ''Wish Ko Lang!'', she got the "Best Public Service Program Host" award during the 29th PMPC Star Awards for Television, 29th PMPC Star Awards for Television in 2015 given by the Philippine Movie Press Club. José Mari Uhler Vélez (May 27, 1942 – June 3, 1991) was a Filipino lawyer, journalist, business executive, and activist best remembered for his long career as television newscaster anchoring '' The Big News'' on ABC 5 (now TV5) from March 1967 to September 22, 1972. She is best known as a late night news presenter in various Philippine television news programs in different television networks.
