Vicentine Alps
The Vicentine Alps (; , ''Vicentiner Alpen'' or ''Vizentiner Voralpen'') are a mountain range of the Eastern Alps in Trentino and the provinces of Province of Verona, Verona and Province of Vicenza, Vicenza. The mountains were named after the city of Vicenza which lies at their eastern edge. The highest point in the range is the Cima Dodici () on the northern perimeter of the Vicentine Alps. The Alpine Club classification of the Eastern Alps (, AVE) is a common division of the Eastern Alps into 75 mountain ranges, based on the Moriggl Classification (ME) first published in 1924 by the German and Austrian Alpine Club. The present-day division established for the German-speaking world (less Switzerland) was compiled by the German Alpine Club, German, Austrian Alpine Club, Austrian and South Tyrol Alpine Clubs and published in 1984 and is also used for the basic numbering of Alpine Club maps for mountaineering. Dente Italiano (German: ''Italienische Platte'') (2220 m) is one of the ridges of the Pasubio summit highlands in the Vicentine Alps. Located on the line of ridges between the Cosmagnon basin and the Pasubio Alps, to the south the Damaggio pass separates it from Cima Palon, to the north the Denti pass (for the Austro-Hungarians ''Eselsrücken'' i.e. donkey's back) separates it from the Austrian Dente.
