Vic Fuentes
Victor Vincent Fuentes (born February 10, 1983) is an American musician. He is the co-founder, lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the post-hardcore band Pierce the Veil, which he formed with his brother Mike Fuentes in 2006. Early life Fuentes was born on February 10, 1983, in San Diego, California, to Vivian K. Fuentes and Victor Gamboa Fuentes, a painter and former jazz musician. He has a younger brother, Mike Fuentes, two half-brothers, and one half-sister. He is related to Nick Martin, who currently plays in Sleeping with Sirens, and Coal Flower, a lesser-known independent artist. At age seven, Fuentes learned to play guitar. After attending Mission Bay High School, he attended San Diego State University, where he studied graphic design. He quit studying after his former band Before Today was signed to Equal Vision Records.'' Equal Vision Records
Equal Vision Records is an independent record label based in Albany, New York. It was founded in the early 1990s by Ray Cappo, the singer for the punk bands Youth of Today, Shelter, and Better Than a Thousand. Initially, the label existed solely to distribute Shelter and other Krishna releases. In 1992, label manager Steve Reddy acquired Equal Vision from Cappo. The focus of the label expanded, bringing a wider variety of bands on board. Tony Perry
Tony Perry is an American musician, best known as the lead guitarist of the Rock music, rock band Pierce the Veil. He is also a co-owner of Living The Dream Foundation alongside bandmates Vic Fuentes and Jaime Preciado. Early life Perry was born in Tijuana, Mexico, moving to Lake Tahoe, California at a young age. For a brief period, Perry was the lead guitarist of now-disbanded hardcore band Trigger My Nightmare. Perry worked at a Guitar Center in San Diego, where he met Pierce The Veil frontman, Vic Fuentes. Pierce the Veil is an American rock band formed in San Diego, California, in 2006. ''Misadventures'' is the fourth studio album by American rock band Pierce the Veil released by Fearless Records on May 13, 2016. Initially expected to be released during the summer of 2015, the album was postponed several times before its subsequent release. ''Selfish Machines'' is the second album by American rock band Pierce the Veil, released by Equal Vision Records on June 22, 2010. Produced by Vic Fuentes and Mike Green, it was recorded in late 2009 and early 2010. Fuentes wrote most of the songs, and co-wrote three songs with former A Day to Remember guitarist Tom Denney. A Day to Remember frontman Jeremy McKinnon was featured on the track "Caraphernelia", which had a music video released on September 28, 2010. Background and recording In December 2006, Before Today changed their name to Pierce the Veil, and that they had posted a few songs on their Myspace account.
