Very Dark Man
Martins Vincent Otse (born 8 April 1994), popularly known as VeryDarkMan, is a Nigerian activist, critic and social media influencer. He grew up in Lagos, Nigeria, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. Career VeryDarkMan gained mainstream attention in 2022 through his associations with Nigerian celebrities and his controversial social media videos, particularly on Instagram. His prominence grew significantly in 2023, during the Nigerian presidential election campaign and results. In June 2023, Nigerian singer Davido followed him on Instagram and publicly endorsed him. VeryDarkMan was subsequently nominated for Silverbird's Most Influential Social Media Influencer of the Year award. Lagos State
Lagos State ( yo, Ìpínlẹ̀ Èkó) is a state in southwestern Nigeria. Of the 36 states, it is both the most populous and smallest in area. Bounded to the south by the Bight of Benin and to the west by the international border with Benin Republic, Lagos State borders Ogun State to the east and north making it the only Nigerian state to border only one other state. Named for the city of Lagos—the most populous city in Africa—the state was formed from the Western Region and the former Federal Capital Territory on 27 May 1967. 2023 Nigerian Presidential Election
The 2023 Nigerian presidential election will be held on 25 February 2023 to elect the President and Vice President. Incumbent APC President Muhammadu Buhari is term-limited and cannot seek re-election to a third term. Other federal elections, including elections to the House of Representatives and the Senate, will also be held on the same date while state elections will be held two weeks afterwards on 11 March. The winners of the election will be inaugurated on 29 May 2023, the former date of Democracy Day. Party primaries were scheduled for between 4 April and 9 June 2022 with the Peoples Democratic Party nominating former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on 28 May while the All Progressives Congress' primary will hold from 6 to 8 May.
