Janardhana Maharshi (born 16 May) is an Indian film director, writer, and producer, who works predominantly in Telugu cinema and Kannada cinema. He directed ''Devasthanam'' and '' Viswadarshanam''. Early life Maharshi was born in Kandukuru, Prakasham district and completed his schooling and higher education in Chittoor. He became a script assistant to Tanikella Bharani in 1989. Personal life He married Lakshmi Sunitha in 1995. The couple have two daughters. He resides in Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
