Vathsal Govind
Vathsal Govind (born 2 January 2000) is an Indian cricketer who represents Kerala in domestic cricket. He is a right-handed batsman and occasional left-arm leg break bowler. Early life Vathsal was born on 2 January 2000 in Delhi to Govind Kanakan and Ruma Govind Sharma. He started playing cricket at the age of five. With limited opportunities to train at the academies he joined in Delhi, his mother set up a cricket academy in 2011. In 2015, Vathsal gained selection to the Delhi U-16 squad. A year later, Vathsal moved to Kerala for professional and personal reasons. As of 2018, he is a degree student at Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur. Domestic career Vathsal was selected to play for Delhi U-16 team in 2015. In 2016, his family moved to Kerala where he continued his cricket career. Rohan Prem (born 13 September 1986) is an Indian cricketer who plays domestic cricket for Kerala in domestic cricket. He is a left-handed middle order batsman and off-spin bowler. Meghalaya Cricket Team
The Meghalaya cricket team is a cricket team that represents the state of Meghalaya in Indian domestic competitions. In July 2018, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) named the team as one of the nine new sides that would compete in domestic tournaments for the 2018–19 season, including the Ranji Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy. However, prior to the start of the tournament, the team did not have a ground to play first-class cricket on. Ahead of the 2018–19 season, Sanath Kumar was appointed as the team's coach. 2021–22 Ranji Trophy
The 2021–22 Ranji Trophy, is scheduled to be the 87th season of the Ranji Trophy, the premier first-class cricket tournament in India. The tournament will be split into two phases, with the league stage being played from 17 February to 15 March 2022, and the knockout phase played from 30 May to 26 June 2022. Due to the delayed start of the tournament because of the COVID-19 pandemic, teams were split into eight Elite groups, instead of five as per previous editions, and the Plate Group. 2020–21 KCA President's Cup T20
2020–21 KCA President's Cup T20 was the inaugural season of KCA President's Cup T20 conducted by Kerala Cricket Association for promoting cricketers from Kerala. The tournament was held from March 6 to March 17. It was planned to be held from 17 December 2020 to 3 January 2021. Later it was postponed as the Kerala government didn't give clearance to start the competition due to COVID-19 pandemic. The competition started with a round robin group stage, in which each of the 6 teams played a match against every other team. This was followed by the playoffs. Each team had 14 players. All the matches were day-games with white ball and coloured clothing as per BCCI playing conditions. Two matches were played in a day. There were a total of 33 matches. Karnataka Cricket Team
Karnataka cricket team represents the Indian state of Karnataka in domestic cricket competitions. It has traditionally been one of the strongest teams in the domestic circuit and has produced many of Indian cricket team's iconic players. The 2020–21 Vijay Hazare Trophy was the 19th season of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, a List A cricket tournament in India. The tournament took place from 20 February to 14 March 2021. Karnataka were the defending champions.
