The Orbe () is a river of the Rhine Drainage basin, basin. It starts in France and flows to Switzerland where it forms the river Thielle at its confluence with the river Talent (river), Talent. Not to be mistaken with the Orbe (Arrats), Orbe, which is a tributary of the Arrats. Jougne () is a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France. Geography The commune is situated from Pontarlier and from the Swiss border.
