Valeri Bozhinov
Valeri Emilov Bojinov (, ; born 15 February 1986) is a retired Bulgarian professional footballer. Throughout his career, Bojinov has played for eighteen different clubs during his various spells in Italy, as well as in England, Portugal, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, China and Switzerland. At international level, he also played for the Bulgaria national team. His surname is sometimes transliterated as Bozhinov. Biography Born in Gorna Oryahovitsa, Bulgaria, Bojinov moved to Malta at the age of 12 with his mother Pepa, a former Bulgaria women's national football team player, and stepfather Sasho Angelov, who had played for the Bulgaria national football team during the 1990s. Botev () is a Bulgarian professional football club based in Vratsa, that competes in the First League, the top division of Bulgarian football. The club was founded in 1921. Since 1948, Botev have played their home games at Stadion Hristo Botev. It is situated in the Hristo Botev sport complex, in the east part of Vratsa. The stadium originally had 25,000 seats. Pantaleo Corvino (born 12 December 1949) is an Italian director of football, currently working for Lecce. Career After his father's death, he was forced to interrupt his career as a player and became non-commissioned officer. His early career in management started in his town, Vernole. He then worked for Scorrano before moving to then Serie C1 side Casarano, thus turning to professional football. During his 10-year spell there, he signed Fabrizio Miccoli. He was sporting director of Lecce from 1998 to 2005, gaining a reputation for scouting and signing new talents such as strikers Javier Chevantón, Valeri Bojinov (whom he discovered at the age of 14 while playing for Pietà Hotspurs), Mirko Vučinić and midfielder Cristian Ledesma. Sasho Angelov (; born 15 June 1969) is a Bulgarian football manager and former player. Angelov played as a defender. On the club level, Angelov played for Lokomotiv Gorna Oryahovitsa, Botev Plovdiv, CSKA Sofia, Lokomotiv Sofia, Dobrudzha Dobrich, Etar Veliko Tarnovo, Maltese Pietà Hotspurs and Albanian Flamurtari Vlorë. FC Vitosha Bistritsa
FC Vitosha () is a Bulgarian association football club based in Bistritsa, Sofia City Province, which competes in the Southwest Third League, the third tier of Bulgarian football. It is named after the Vitosha mountain range, where Bistritsa is located. Vitosha was founded in 1958, however, the club spent the majority of its history playing in lower leagues.
