Vadim Skripchenko
Vadim Viktorovich Skripchenko (; ; born 26 November 1975) is a Belarusian professional Association football, football coach and a former player. He is the manager of FC Dinamo Minsk, Dinamo Minsk. Playing career Skripchenko made his professional debut in the Belarusian Premier League in 1993 for FC Dinamo-93 Minsk, Dinamo-93 Minsk. Managerial career In June 2015, Skripchenko was hired as an assistant manager with FC Ural Sverdlovsk Oblast, Ural Sverdlovsk Oblast. On 3 September 2015, he was hired as caretaker manager for FC Ural Sverdlovsk Oblast, Ural after the resignation of Viktor Goncharenko. He was appointed the permanent Ural manager on 22 September 2015. On 1 November 2016, he resigned as Ural manager. FC Ural Yekaterinburg () is a Russian professional association football club based in Yekaterinburg that plays in the Russian First League. History The club was founded in 1930 and was known as Avangard (1930–1948, 1953–1957), Zenit (1944–1946), Mashinostroitel (1958–1959), and Uralmash (1949–1952, 1960–2002). Belarus National Under-21 Football Team
The Belarus national under-21 football team is the national under-21 football team of Belarus and is controlled by the Football Federation of Belarus. The team competed in the UEFA European Under-21 Championship, held every two years. History The team qualified for the final round of the UEFA European Under-21 Championship three times. In 2004 in Germany and 2009 in Sweden the team was unable to advance past group stage. In 2011 at U21 Euro in Denmark they advanced to semifinal with only one win (against Iceland) and two losses (against Denmark and Switzerland) and having better 3-way head-to-head record against Iceland and Denmark (as all three teams had identical overall results). The team lost 1-3 to Spain. They defeated the Czech Republic 1–0 in the third-place match and qualified for the Men's Football Tournament at the 2012 Summer Olympics. The Russian Premier League (RPL; , ''Rossiyskaya premyer-liga''; РПЛ), also written as Russian Premier Liga, is a professional association football league in Russia and the highest level of the Russian football league system. It was established at the end of 2001 as the Russian Football Premier League (RFPL; ; РФПЛ) and was rebranded with its current name in 2018. Viktar Mihailavich Hancharenka (; , ''Viktor Mikhailovich Goncharenko''; born 10 June 1977), is a Belarusian football manager. Early life and career Formative years and education Viktar Mihailavich Hancharenka was born in 1977 to a middle-class family in Khoiniki, Belarus. He is the son of Mikhail Hancharenka, a Belarusian engineer who died in 1993 in the wake of the infamous Chernobyl disaster and who was a big football fan. His mother was the manager of a small shop in Belarus. Viktor joined a football school at the young age of 9 years old where his parents encouraged him to do his best to be as successful as possible. Football was a major part of his life and his father was very impressed with his knowledge of the sport. The Belarusian Premier League (, ''Vyšejšaja Liha'' or ''Vysheyshaya Liga''; ; "Top League"), also called the BETERA Premier League for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in Belarus and the highest level of the Belarusian football league system. FC Ararat-Armenia () is an Armenian professional football club based in Yerevan, founded in 2017.
