Montfoort Samen Verder 2019 (MSV '19) is an association football club from Montfoort, Netherlands that was founded on 19 July 2019 out of a merger between Voetbalvereniging Montfoort (founded 30 July 1946) and the Montfoortse Sportvereniging 1919 (founded 1919). The first male squad of MSV '19 plays in the Eerste Klasse since foundation, continuing VV Montfoort's league since 2015. History Montfoortse Sportvereniging 1919 This Sunday football club was founded on 19 July 1919. In 2019 it merged with VV Montfoort into Montfoort Samen Verder '19. It played on Sportpark Hofland in the Hofland neighborhood. The club played in the Vierde Klasse and Derde Klasse during most of its existence. It also played in lower leagues and never made it to the Tweede Klasse. Colors were the simple white shirt and black pants, a combination that clubs initially chose to save money for potential players. Eerste Klasse
The Eerste Klasse ( en, First Class) started as the 1st tier of football in the Netherlands and is now the 6th tier. The league is divided into eleven divisions, six for Saturday clubs and five for Sunday clubs. These divisions correspond to the six districts of the Royal Dutch Football Association: each district organises a Saturday competition and a Sunday competition, except for South II, which only has a Sunday competition. Each division consists of 14 teams. The champion of the Eerste Klasse divisions are promoted to the Vierde Divisie (formerly Hoofdklasse). Furthermore, a season is divided into two periods ( nl, periodes) of eight matches each. The winners of these periods qualify for promotion playoffs, provided they finish in the top nine overall in the season. Jeremy Loteteka Bokila (born 14 November 1988) is a Congolese professional footballer who plays as a forward for Willem II. He formerly played for the DR Congo national team. Marinus Dijkhuizen (born 4 January 1972) is a Dutch professional football manager and former player who manages Excelsior. As a player, he had notable spells in his native Netherlands with Excelsior, SC Cambuur and TOP Oss. He retired in 2009 and entered management, eventually returning to Excelsior as manager in 2014. Ton du Chatinier (born 13 January 1958) is a retired Dutch football player. He later worked as an assistant manager to Hong Myung-bo of South Korea, and alongside Hong as an assistant to manager Guus Hiddink at Russian side FC Anzhi Makhachkala. He currently manages Iranian club Khooneh be Khooneh in Azadegan League (Second tier). Playing career Club Du Chatinier was born in Utrecht and during his professional career, he played as a defender for his hometown club FC Utrecht only. His career was cut short by a groin injury. Managerial career Du Chatinier took over as a head coach at Utrecht from Willem van Hanegem at the end of 2008, and was sacked by the club at the end of the 2010–11 season after missing out on the playoffs for a ticket to play European football. Staphorst () is a municipality and a town in the eastern Netherlands. History The villages of Staphorst and its southern neighbour Rouveen came into existence as in the 13th century monks started to bring the bogs and swamps into culture. Groesbeek () is a town and former municipality in the province of Gelderland, the Netherlands. In January 2015 the former municipality merged with Millingen aan de Rijn and Ubbergen.
