Uryum (village)
Uryum () is a lake in Zdvinsky District, Novosibirsk Oblast, Russian Federation.Google Earth Verkh-Uryum town is located by the southeastern shore of the lake. Nizhny Uryum lies by the southern shore, and Mikhaylovka, by the northern. Geography Uryum lies in the Baraba Lowland, West Siberian Plain. It belongs to the Chulym river basin, located in the southern part of the Ob-Irtysh interfluve. The Chulym enters the lake from the southeastern end and flows out from the western shore. Uryum is the last of the fluvial lakes of the westward flowing Chulym before it ends at Lake Malye Chany. It has an elongated shape roughly aligned from east to west. The shores are regular and there is a wide bay in the north. About further upstream lies lake Sargul. Crucian carp live in the lake waters. The Bagan flows to the south. Sentinel-2
Sentinel-2 is an Earth observation mission from the Copernicus Programme that acquires optical imagery at high spatial resolution (10 m to 60 m) over land and coastal waters. The mission's Sentinel-2A and Sentinel-2B satellites were joined in orbit in 2024 by a third, Sentinel-2C, and in the future by Sentinel-2D, eventually replacing the A and B satellites, respectively. Inder (Bagan Basin)
Inder () is a lake in Dovolensky District, Novosibirsk Oblast, Russian Federation.Google Earth The lake lies in the southern sector of the Oblast. Inder village is located a little north of the northern shore and Dovolnoye town, the district capital, to the west of the western shore. Geography Inder lies in the Baraba Steppe, part of the West Siberian Plain. The Bagan river flows through the lake entering it from the northeast and flowing out of it from the western end. The western half of the lake is shallow and swampy, encumbered by aquatic vegetation. There are also a few large islands. Sartlan () is an endorheic hyposaline lake in the Baraba steppe of Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia. Sartlan has a surface area of 238 km2 (92 sq mi). Bagan (river)
The Bagan () is a river in Novosibirsk Oblast, Russia. The river is long and has a catchment area of .Google Earth The basin of the river is located in the Kargatsky, Bagansky, Zdvinsky, Dovolensky, Krasnozyorsky and Karasuksky districts. Since 1994 here is a Ramsar site in the lower course of the river. Course The Bagan river system is an endorheic basin between the Ob and the Irtysh rivers. The sources are in a swamp at the western edge of the Ob Plateau. The river flows in a roughly WSW direction all along its course. It is fed mainly by snow. As it progresses along the Baraba Plain it flows across many lakes of different sizes, such as Inder lake. Finally it ends up in Lake Ivanovskoye. In the river basin there are numerous swamps and lakes, both freshwater and brackish, such as Mochan. The Bagan tends to dry up seasonally in its lower reaches.
