Urbanor is a Spanish society. It constructed the KIO Towers of the Plaza de Castilla, in Madrid. It became one of the major economic scandals of the 1980s in Spain. Alberto Alcocer Torra (born December 17, 1942, in Madrid, Spain) is a Spanish businessman who, along with his cousin Alberto Cortina, owns Alcor Holding, a patrimonial society that owns 12.5% of Grupo ACS, the largest Spanish construction company, and 21% of the waste management company, Ence. As of March 2011, Forbes ranked him as the 13th richest person in Spain and the 993rd globally, with an estimated net worth of $1.2 billion. KIO Towers
The Gate of Europe towers ( es, Puerta de Europa, - Door of Europe-), also known as KIO Towers (''Torres KIO''), are twin office buildings near the Plaza de Castilla in Madrid, Spain. The towers have a height of and have 26 floors. They were constructed from 1989 to 1996 in architecture, 1996. The Puerta de Europa is the second tallest List of twin buildings and structures, twin towers in Spain after the Torres de Santa Cruz in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
